Greenline to help build 3rd Ward Parade of Homes

Diagram reflects all 5 builders' planned homes -- initial development will take place on the 4500 block of Prairie. 

We presented at a town hall meeting Oct. 24  hosted by Alderman Pat Dowell to discuss the 3rd Ward Parade of Homes project. This project will create a series of market-rate single-family homes in an area between Pershing Road and 46th Street on Indiana, Calumet and Prairie Avenues.

We were honored to join presenters from four other firms developing projects as part of the 3rd Ward Parade of Homes: Lennox Jackson with Urban Equities, Jerome Wade with Jerome Wade Enterprises, Eric & Sheila Dantzler with R&D Builders, and Craig Yarbrough of Click Development.
